Pro's: Newly renovated playground, climbing rock asteroid, net pyramid, swings, sand pits, spinners. Basketball court, Soccer fields, climbing trees. Other baseball field under construction currently.
Cons: Hard to find. Modern playgrounds can be pretty but not have that much stuff to do and this could suffer from that as well. No slides. Sand pit is a little plain and dirty.
